Small print
- Specified rates are per person and night and include gourmet half board and the usage of our developed Spa.
- Group rates are available if requested.
- Minimum stay: christmas/New Year 5 days; August 7 days;
- Double room used as a single is an additional 15.00 €.
- For a booking with only breakfast we deduct 10€ per person/night.
- E-bike rental is 25.00 € per day (summer)
- Snowshoes rental in winter
- Xmas: In the afternoon, homemade mulled wine with homemade biscuits on the terrace
- A daily surcharge of 15.00 € without food for one dog is applied and needs to be included in the booking. Please do not leave dogs unattended in the room! In the event of damage, we take the liberty of charging for it!
- An additional tax fee per day of 1,70 € for persons with minimum age 14 has to be charged. (until 2024: 2,80€)

Cancellation agreement:
- For cancellations made up to 22 days before the date of arrival, no additional fee will be charged.
- For cancellations within 21 to 8 days prior to arrival, 30% of the total booking will be charged.
- For cancellations within 7 to 2 days prior to arrival, 50% of the total booking will be charged.
- For cancellations within 1 day prior to arrival, 70% of the total booking will be charged.
- In case of early departure, late arrival or no-show, we will charge a cancellation fee of 70% of the amount paid for the missing days.
At the moment of reservation, you must pay a deposit of 10% of the total amount of the reservation via bank transfer. In case of cancellation, the deposit will be kept entirely by the accommodation. The remaining amount has to be paid directly to the accommodation during your stay.
