50 years Hotel Alpenland

The history of Hotel Alpenland extends back to its establishment in 1969. Back then, Alois and Waltraud started the Inn with 12 cozy rooms and featured a restaurant with South Tyrolean specialities.

In the 70’s Hotel Alpenland was one of the first hotels to have an indoor swimming pool in the Passeier Valley. A beautiful, sunny dining room and a few more rooms were added. Together with their children (Renate, Arnold, Petra and Stefan) they made sure that guests had a nice vacation. The next renovation with additions happened in 1997 with a parking garage, elevator and 10 more rooms. Since 2007 Chef Arnold has been responsible for the culinary well-being of our guests. Over the course of 2015 and 2016 a new Spa with a wellness and relaxation area were constructed.
